Blest with the most gorgeous brightly coloured Turquoise (quite likely from the important mines in Persia), this magical antique ring is of rich 18ct yellow Gold and ornamented with exquisite scrollwork as was the fashion at the time. Turquoise was loved by the ancients and believed to offer protection to the wearer, the gems reflecting the sky and the sea quite beautifully.
Inside the band is a hallmark for Birmingham which was applied in 1904. The ring size is an 'S' or '9.5' but could be altered a wee bit to suit.
